IF I could leave a -10 review I would not hesitate. I despise the way Google allows reviews of businesses. Years ago someone clearly violated the policy and left a review on my business (back when there was a policy that one had to have been AT the business to leave a review). Then that policy conveniently changed....now it doesn't matter if someone has been there or not. Anyone can leave a review and people can leave fake reviews....Google doesn't care as long as there is activity. And trying to get help is like pulling teeth....well, actually more difficult. I wish there was another way for business to be ranked but sadly we are all beholden to Google. YELP is actually worse so dont get me started with them. The only positive thing is that in the Google community there are actual people trying to help. I have no idea if they are Google employees or volunteers. 🤷‍♀️ and Google ads are pretty much worthless as well . Pay to play all day long. Hopefully I dont sound too bitter 😬

Google's customer service is almost useless when it comes to billing. I was invoiced for my Google workspace account to the wrong address. I was taxed in the wrong state. Upon noticing the incorrect invoice I contacted Google to change my address and asked that the invoice be corrected. I have spent the last several days talking to customer service and all they can say is it can't be fixed. So a giant company like Google can't void an invoice an issue a corrected invoice. It seems immoral to me that this company is excising these business practices. This was not a small bill it was for an annual account of 20 work space users. I am extremely disappointed with their business practices

You are a company that allows people to send reviews that haven't been to ones business and make it a chore to remove them if you don't pay as a company. As well as there are no safe guards to review supposed reviewers in their accuracy of a review and are a stain on the world for allowing the review culture to thrive

This review is for a warranty request from Google for my wife’s Fitbit Charge 6. I was on a chat with Google this evening for 38 minutes trying to see about getting warranty service on her Fitbit that quit charging. After going through all the recommendations again, as I tried all the tips prior to starting the chat, I was asked to provide a copy of the receipt. This is when I was told that her Fitbit was not covered by the manufacturer warranty because it wasn’t purchased through an authorized dealer. Really, here’s my beef. It was purchased on Amazon just like most everything else I buy online. I feel like this is a bullshit way to avoid providing a warranty on your product. I wonder how many folks have purchased a Fitbit on Amazon and not be aware that they have no warranty. All three of our family members wear a Fitbit. Been wearing them for years. I won’t buy another Fitbit now that I know their policy.

I've been running circles trying to get my business verified on maps. Anytime I try to get help on the support website it tells me I need to be verified to contact support, but it won't let me verify. So I'll just leave this review here in hopes they'll reach out to me since I can't get a hold of them.
